July 21, 2020 1:00 pm – States added to quarantine list

Governor Cuomo announced that an additional 10 states have been added to the 14-day travel quarantine list: Alaska, Delaware, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Virginia, and Washington.  In addition, Minnesota has been removed from the list.
